...it seems to be just another way for them to get a few hundred bucks out of us. The only other advantage I see for it would be greater resistance to damage from road debris. I'm not knocking the idea of the hard pipe, because for your reasons stated and for mine, it's a good alternative, but I just still don't see how it (like so many Stillen products) can possibly justify the price they ask.
